• Find a title that you are interested in buying.
• Click on the little speaker to listen to 5 minutes of the book.
• If you like it go to the process of adding to your basket.

• Click on "more info", go to the next page.
  
• Then click on the  "Add to Basket" and it will take you to the sign out page.
  
• Click on "Go to Checkout".
  
• Then it will take you to a page that ask if you are exisiting or new member.
  
• You as a new member will click on the "I am a new member" and it will then take you to a sign up page.
• Fill out the information, including username and password so that you can log in and not be required to fill out this form again. Make sure you sign up with your primary email address so that I can send you info on special offers and any gifts I may want to offer to you.
  
• It will then take you to checkout. Click on "Checkout". You will be required to use your credit card. Please don't be worried, the information is secure and will not be given to anyone or stolen.
  
• Your page will open up and offer the book to click on. It gives you three choices in quality (low, medium, high). You can select your speed for listening but more importantly for loading. Say a book is 18.5 mb  on medium quality (generally good enough) which takes 47 seconds with a high speed cable. If you have dial up it takes 6 to 10 minutes. The lower quality takes about 3 to 5 minutes on dial up.
• Now you're done. On the "HELP" page are audio & video tutorials to help you with loading, saving on the right file, and burning CDs or load to mp3 players or iPODs. Go through them and get to know what is available for your use.
• Just to discuss load speeds. Many books are in excess of 70 MB at high quallity. Using high speed cable will still take 3 to 10 minutes to load onto your computer. On dial up it will take 30 to 40 minutes to load to your computer. The quality of medium is fairly good and easy to listen to and will take about half the time as high quality. It is your decision. It is no matter to us but it is for you. So you make your informed choice.

Step 3 - Download
Once your payment has gone through you'll be taken to a page to download your new audio content. Once the files have been downloaded to your computer you can listen to them whenever you want, transfer them to a compatible portable player, or burn them to CD to enjoy on a conventional hi-fi or in-car audio system.
